You can retrieve your property being held at the Rialto Police Department during the following times: Tuesday 1:30 pm to 3 pm Wednesday 1:30 pm to 3 pm Thursday 1:30 pm to 3 pm Please bring a photo ID and your case number. HOW DO I GET MY VEHICLE BACK? The registered owner may retrieve his or her vehicle from impound by coming to our station during the following hours: Monday 8 am to 5 pm Tuesday 8 am to 5 pm Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm Thursday 8 am to 5 pm Friday 8 am to 5 pm Please make sure you have the following: The registered owner must bring a valid ID If the registered owner does not have a valid drivers license, someone with a valid drivers license must be present Registration must be current. If not current, a one-day moving permit may be obtained through the California DMV Insurance must be current There is a $199.70 cash only fee If your vehicle is under a "30-day hold," you will need to come to the police station during the following times: Tuesday 1 pm to 3 pm, or Thursday 1 pm to 3 pm HOW DO I GET A TICKET SIGNED OFF? Traffic citations may be signed-off, at our police station.
